Its a nice phone but not gonna lie it did lock up and have issue my suggetion is never keep in on wifi it causes issues. Other then that the phones nice and efficient

Typical Blackberry does its job well EXCEPT it shouldn't really be called a MOBILE PHONE! You need an Extension Cord with you. THE BATTERY LIFE IS ABSURDLY HORRIBLE. I have made this phone my backup phone. It is not capable of going 4 hours without dying. I cant trust it.
