I got this phone right before the Holidays. I originally got the Vortes and decided it was too big. I wanted something fun and smaller. Wish I knew then what I know now. The phone is fun, but it is small and it is hard to see the web sites when you browse the web. It also freezes up and when I have a call comming in I cannot answer it. Don't know why it happens. Not all the time. I then bought a Blackberry Curve off of ebay and had that for a couple of months. I am now back to my Citrus! Will upgrade in August though to a bigger phone. Hope this helps Oh' and yes the ringer volume is low. Very Low.

The phone is nice but it could be a little louder with both voice and ring.
